Cyber Security Sales Executive
As a Cyber Security Sales Executive, you will be at the helm of expanding the Cyber Security & Managed IT Services division. This pivotal role demands a proactive and results-oriented individual with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar capacity. Your primary responsibilities will encompass managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring that new business avenues are identified and secured effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
* Actively identify and pursue new business through canvassing, cold calling, social media, and other marketing activities.
* Oversee the entire sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring a smooth transition to the service delivery team.
* Build and maintain robust relationships with prospective clients, understanding their unique needs and positioning services as optimal solutions.
* Stay informed of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to shape strategic sales approaches and identify emerging opportunities.
* Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and service delivery, to align efforts and exceed client expectations.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts using the CRM system.
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 3 years in a sales role within the IT services sector, particularly focusing on Cyber Security & Managed Services.
* Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, capable of presenting complex information clearly and persuasively.
* Solid understanding of cyber security products and services as well as managed IT services with the ability to convey technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
* Highly driven, able to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritise tasks.
