We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team to cover a maternity leave period.

Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the internal Recruitment team
* Self-source candidates themselves for open vacancies
* Mentor and drive the activity of the Talent acquisition team
* Deliver monthly reporting in line with the Business Unit hiring strategy, including ROI and key activity
* Identify business objectives and critical success factors to support supervision and management of daily sourcing activity
* Work with the marketing team to develop and deliver resourcing campaigns
About you:
* Experience of working as a TA Manager
* Proven background developing and managing recruiters (at least 1 person)
* Excellent communication
* Experience working towards targets and goals
