We’re on the look out for a Senior Sous Chef to join our clients fantastic team of chefs
You’ll help lead a team of hard working, friendly and organised chefs. Our kitchen boasts excellent ongoing investment and high quality equipment, which makes for a great work and learning environment. We work with amazing ingredients and suppliers, and have a great passion for sustainability and responsible sourcing.
The restaurant is overseen by Head Chef, who will ensure that you learn, develop and flourish on the Estate. If you’ve had experience of working in high quality, similar sized kitchens at a Sous Chef level previously, we’d love to hear from you.
They offer a salary package of just over £44,000 per year (£41,558 basic, plus around £3,000-£3,500 per year in service charge) based on a 48 hour week. We can also consider live in accommodation whilst you get yourself settled. .
