Our client is expanding and are now looking for experienced and driven Account Managers to join their organisation. Minimum requirements for this role are at least 2 years of B2B sales experience. An Account Manager will be required to: • Demonstrate and use solid industry knowledge in dealings with new and existing clients • Be able to handle clients with varying consumption levels, all the way up to mid-market level • Have an authoritative and confident telephone manner • Be able to hold a credible conversation around Energy procurement at all levels • Work with suppliers, including negotiating best client packages • Meet and exceed monthly revenue targets • Meet expected outbound call KPI’s • Create, develop and manage their own B2B leads • Build and maintain relationships with current clients • Strive to add to own knowledge and industry expertise • Be able to manage own proposals and tender processes from start to completion • Be competent when reading or discussing market reports with clients or key partners • Working alongside sales director, create strategies for business retentions In return they provide: • Excellent starting salary, ability to progress when results are achieved • Impressive commission and bonus structure, uncapped • Realistic OTE £40,000 in the first year • 25 days annual leave, plus public holidays • Ongoing training and personal development support • Clear career progression • Ability to learn about an industry which is growing still and integral to the country and all businesses • Excellent monthly and quarterly team and individual incentives to be won • Staff events and nights out • Ability to retain your own customers • Workplace pension • Ability to be more than just a sales person Required Education, Skills and Qualifications • Very strong work ethic • At least 2 years’ experience in B2B sales, within the last 4 years. No B2C. • Drive and determination to exceed given targets • Ability to plan and prioritise workload • Understanding of structured sale processes
