Job Description
We are looking to recruit an experienced Sales Executive to join our team selling the range of new & used Ford vehicles and associated products from our state of the art showroom in Trowbridge.
Experience in sales is essential, as well as a proven track record for delivering excellent customer service and achieving targets. You will be responsible for taking our customers through the buying journey, which will include financial qualification and the ability to demonstrate confidence in negotiation.

3. Achieves vehicle and product targets on a monthly basis.
4. Works well within a team to maintain your inventory.
5. Strong product and competitor knowledge.
6. Ensure all areas of the sales process are adhered to.
7. Set high standards for self and others, ensuring a motivated and positive environment for the team.
8. Confidence in prospecting and managing your own leads.
9. Demonstrate leadership with forecourt and showroom display management.
We will provide on and off-site training as required. We also encourage personal progression within the company.
This is a fast-paced but rewarding role with an estimated OTE package of £40,000.
You must have a full UK driving license (minor points considered).

Your working hours will be based on a 5.25-day week. This will include a day off in the week as Saturdays are a full working day and alternate Sundays.
