The Role
As VP of Customer Service, you will:
* Lead a Customer Service team of approximately 10 in the UK, elevating their performance to the next level
* Take ownership of the Customer Service function, which is expected to become the largest department in the business
* Implement new processes, structures, and technologies to build a market-leading customer service function
* Join a true meritocracy where everyone’s voice is heard and has the opportunity to influence the direction of the business
What We Are Looking For
* Prior experience as a Head of/VP Customer Service, with a track record of building and managing teams
* Expertise in a high-growth start-up or scale-up environment
* Experience within technology sectors such as consumer electronics, hardware, or software
* An entrepreneurial spirit, with a desire to make a significant impact
* A passion for EV/clean energy is an advantage
