Interim L&D Manager - Interim - c60k - London Hybrid - 4 days per week in London office
Reporting to the HR Director, you will be responsible for the Learning and Development offering spanning the UK and EMEA. You will design and create training frameworks for customer-facing staff as well as head office and manage the return on investment on these. You will also manage management development courses, succession planning, executive coaching, and the annual training calendar.
The successful candidate will be a proven Learning and Development Manager with experience gained in the commercial (retail, leisure, hospitality) sector spanning multi-sites in the UK and EMEA. You will demonstrate where you have created training frameworks from scratch and the return on investment that has resulted. You will have experience across the whole training lifecycle as well as working in a mix of operations and strategy. It is essential that you can start a new role on short notice, working 4 days per week in the London office and committing to the duration of the contract.
