The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. Under the overall direction and supervision of the line manager and by using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers. The position will be predominantly focused on the Caterham brand which includes the Caterham Motorsport activity for Woodcote & Copse but not limited exclusively to this brand as the candidate will also be expected to work with the other brands we have in house when required. Due to the nature of this role, the post holder would ideally have a passion for Motorsport & prestige cars.
Responsibilities
* Meet and exceed sales targets
* Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
* Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
* Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
* Attending Caterham Motorsport events across the UK
* Marketing of new and used cars including photographing and listing stock in the most effective sales channels
* Reporting used car values and recommending any price adjustments and actioning once authorised
* Maintaining full compliance with the governing regulators including finance
* Overseeing the preparation of sold vehicles in anticipation of a premium handover experience
* Working alongside both the sales and aftersales teams to create the best customer outcomes

* Participate in the general upkeep and tidiness of the customer and working areas
Qualifications
* 2-5 years' quota carrying sales experience
* Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
* Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
