Job Description
Key responsibilities will consist of:
1. Respond to inbound calls from potential customers, tailoring your approach to meet their unique needs and circumstances.
2. Proactively contact potential and existing customers to introduce our services, generate interest, and create opportunities for the Sales & Retention team.
3. Manage customer inquiries across multiple channels, including telephone and email.
4. Address and resolve customer concerns by researching solutions, exploring available options, and providing clear, helpful information.
5. Handle pre-need email and voicemail inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
6. Collaborate with our Customer Experience Center to support vulnerable customers, following Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) and vulnerability principles.
7. Stay informed about Dignity's products, services, and procedures by attending regular training sessions and briefings.
8. Adhere to company policies and industry regulations to ensure compliance in all customer interactions.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will possess:
1. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
2. Experience in funeral sales or client sales-based positions prior.
3. A proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
4. Confidence in presenting insurance products to potential clients.
5. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a sales pipeline.
