Main Duties & Responsibilities: Complete hydrostatic testing procedures on industrial hose assemblies to ensure operational quality Liaise with welders on-site to priorities test schedules Record any failures and report to quality department, quarantined, understand fault finding procedure Liaising with several department teams on-site to ensure a smooth end-to-end process of on-site operations Liaising with production team - ensuring time slot within schedule available to test assemblies produced that aligns with customer lead times Liaise with goods-in dept for incoming stock Understand in-house digital systems, for recording health and safety and operation quality data Always adhering to health and safety standards and procedures, ensuring workspace is clean and tidy throughout operations Complete cross training for Assembler role as well Essential Skills, Experience & Qualifications: Good understanding, competency and comprehension of the English language essential to adhere to health and safety on-site Basic IT literacy - skills data entry and email correspondence essential Mathematically competent to handle angles, percentages and measurements involved (not at engineer level but basic competency) Technical and functional knowledge of mechanical assembly desired but not essential Experience in operating machinery is advantageous but not essential Previous industry experience is advantageous but not essential metallic hose assembly Previous working experience in a manufacturing/production role or environment advantageous but not essential Must be willing to learn and expand understanding/skillset in a rapidly evolving production environment Seeking opportunities to improve performance, business and personal, learn from each team and together Adaptable and flexible to working requirements on site Driven and motivated Able to work independently and in a team Good working attitude Counterbalance and Reach FLT Training can be offered as well, active/expired/refresher license training can be offered, prior license advantageous but not essential INDAB ADZN1_UKTJ
