Responsibilities:
1. Assist with salary and benefits benchmarking survey submissions across the international firm.
2. Provide analysis on benchmarking surveys and support with submissions for UK and international offices.
3. Lead a project to review how we benchmark roles in the UK, ensuring we have a consistent approach which we can embed into other HR processes.
4. Support delivery into the business of the annual Pay and Bonus Review processes.
5. Provide analysis and modelling for salary and bonus outcomes, presenting findings and themes in a user friendly format.
6. Assist with preparing budget reports for annual review cycles.
7. Support the preparation of any reward board papers as and when required.
8. Be a subject matter expert on the firm's employee benefits for UK and across international.
9. Take a lead on ad hoc projects, such as implementing new benefits and supporting HRBPs and the business with compensation project work.
10. Develop the benefits and wellbeing communications strategy in conjunction with the rest of the Reward team.
11. Work with the wider HR team to add value into other HR processes and projects.
12. Assist with the benefits renewals process, working with our external benefits brokers to ensure our offering remains competitive and provides value to the business.
13. Manage compensation and benefits queries, escalating when appropriate.
14. Update compensation and benefit policies ensuring good governance and compliance.
Skills and Experience:
1. Experience/knowledge of job matching methodology (WTW/Lexology & Hay Korn Ferry).
2. A reward and/or benefits background, preferably in a professional services environment.
3. Knowledge of HR systems (SAP/SuccessFactors) and reporting preferable.
4. Organised approach to work with the ability to prioritise workload, along with the ability to lead project work.
5. Ability to work well as part of a team, linking in with other team members where appropriate.
6. Ability to analyse and model large datasets in Excel and present findings to senior leaders in an easy digestible format for example to support with budgeting for pay review.
7. Competent in the use of HR information systems and possesses sound project management skills.
8. Confident in putting forward opinions and advising senior members of staff on reward best practices.
9. Strong Excel skills and the ability to prepare analytical modelling, ensuring accuracy.
