Brook Street Recruitment is working on behalf of our client in Armagh to recruit a Senior Sales Executive for a candidate with experience in Truck sales.
Our client is one of Ireland's largest Commercial Truck & Plant Sales Companies, and this sales role plays a pivotal part in the business dealing primarily with Truck sales.
Typical Duties of Senior Sales Executive, but not limited to:
1. Using your in-depth knowledge on a range of commercial vehicle fleet to generate and manage new sales leads, prospects, and customers.
2. Ability to generate and close Sales Deals.
3. Meeting and exceeding sales targets through developing new and existing customer relationships.
4. Manage the preparation and handover of sale items to customers, delivering exceptional levels of customer service at all times.
5. Ability to sell New & Used Fleet Items.
6. Carry out accurate appraisals of items offered for part exchange.
7. Maintain market awareness, demonstrating an awareness of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to ensure competitiveness in the marketplace.
8. As part of a wider sales team, help initiate sales strategies/campaigns to maximize sales.
Criteria
1. Must have 5 years minimum sales/rentals experience in a similar industry (motor/commercial vehicle sales).
2. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a customer-focused approach.
3. Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset, eager to achieve and exceed sales targets.
4. Strong communication skills with customers and staff.
5. Full driving Licence.
