Tele-sales Executive
Up to £12.30ph d.o.e, NN16 8BG, 9.30am till 2.30pm Tues, Wed and Thurs, Pension, Permanent
Due to continued success and department expansion plans, a head office of a market leading manufacturing company has an exciting opportunity for a Tele-sales Executive to join their sales team. You will be providing support to the Sales Director and Sales Team:
1. Updating and cleansing details on internal CRM system
2. Sending out email mailshots, following up on any non-delivered
3. Contacting prospect and lapsed decision makers introducing company services via telephone
4. Appointment setting for field sales team
5. Complying data for sales tenders, and weekly/monthly reports for sales department
6. General administration duties for the Sales Team
We expect the successful Tele-sales Executive to be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, be an excellent communicator, with the ability to fact find and build relationships and rapport, and have a friendly, confident, and determined telephone manner. You will be supported 1 to 1 to become familiar with the company processes and procedures. This would be an ideal role for you if you have worked in Sales, Business Development, or an Account Management position.
You will be joining the Kettering Head Office of a company that has been established for over 70 years and has an enviable reputation in their field of manufacturing. Working directly with the Sales Director, this role offers variety on a daily basis. The organisation's name is synonymous with delivering outstanding quality products, and they are keen to recruit a Tele-Sales Executive who strives to offer the same.
