Due to continued growth, they are looking to expand their inside sales team with a motivated and results driven Inside Sales Executive. The Role As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing and converting inbound leads across various channels. Your role will involve engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the sales process to close deals. Key Responsibilities Handling and qualifying new inbound leads via phone, email, and online inquiries Engaging with prospective customers, identifying their needs, and presenting tailored solutions Managing the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring sales targets are met Maintaining detailed customer interaction records in the CRM system Collaborating with internal teams, including Marketing and Customer Experience, to ensure seamless customer service Providing regular reports on sales performance, lead conversion rates, and customer feedback The Person We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment. You should be comfortable handling inbound leads, building rapport with potential customers, and driving sales conversions through a consultative approach.
