Sous Chef in Hospitality and Fine Dining Kitchens
£40,000 + Overtime after 40 hours

We are working with a leading Contract Catering company and looking for a full time Relief Chef based on a 40 hour contract. Any additional hours over 40 are paid by the hour at overtime rates.
This role is ideal for a Chef who wants the freedom of most weekends off or an agency chef looking for a full time and hourly paid position. The Sous Chef will support Head Chefs for events and functions, dinners and lunches through the week. All food cooked from fresh to a high standard. All kitchens are based in the City and Central London so no travel is required.
Good organisational skills are required as you will be catering for different functions at the same time. This is a small to medium size site with lunches up to 25/30 and canapés and buffets up to around 150-200.
