* Recruiting, onboarding, developing, inspiring, and retaining kitchen talent alongside the General Manager.
* Having a deep knowledge of our menu and training your team accordingly.
* Collaborating with the restaurant team to deliver memorable experiences for customers, ensuring high standards of food presentation and quality, controlling food costs.
* Training your team on policies, processes, and guidelines, ensuring standards are consistently met.
