We are looking for a proactive, self-managing, experienced person to join our outstanding Human Resources Team to support the daily business in our fast developing environment, as soon as possible. The position is based at our branch office in London- City. Your responsibilities: HR Administration Handle entry and exit formalities, including the preparation of employment contracts, employment changes, and creation of certificates Manage the independent administration and maintenance of personnel files in accordance with internal processes and legal requirements Process HR tickets and ensure the timely resolution of inquiries, while maintaining accurate documentation Oversee the management of payroll administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance with UK regulations Handle personnel and insurance-related matters, including liaising with relevant external bodies Act as the primary contact for offices, authorities, and insurance companies on HR-related matters Prepare and deliver HR reports, such as overtime calculations, vacation balances, and other workforce-related metrics Serve as the main contact person for employees regarding questions about payroll accounting and social insurance Support and participate in the implementation of HR initiatives and projects to improve processes and employee engagement Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless transition for employees joining or leaving the organisation Handle cross-border administration tasks, including onboarding/offboarding of international employees, transfers, background checks, and other compliance-related activities Recruitment Support (Supporting the Senior Recruiter – Part-Time) Assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating job offers Maintain and manage candidate pipelines to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires Provide administrative support during recruitment campaigns, including job postings, screening CVs, and scheduling interviews Your skills: CIPD Level 3, 5, or higher (or actively working towards a CIPD qualification) Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR-related role Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices Demonstrated experience in recruitment support and payroll administration Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across the organisation Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Highly organised and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail Our Offer Challenging, interesting work in a varied field with a high level of personal responsibility A dynamic, motivating working environment that leaves room for the realisation of your ideas and promotes your personal development Regular team events and the opportunity to work in one of the Luware offices for up to one month as part of our exchange programme You can expect a genuinely collegial, international environment and a fresh, dynamic, open corporate culture - let the Luware spirit convince you Do you feel addressed?
