At Tewinbury Farm Hotel we have beautiful event spaces for weddings,
private and corporate events with menus to match. Our unique food offering is integral
to the experience for our guests.
We have our own state of the art cookery school and kitchen garden,
providing seasonal fruit and vegetables which feature heavily on our menus.
We have a ‘farm to fork’ ethos throughout our menus and go
over and above to seek out local suppliers.

Head Chef - Conference & Events
We are currently seeking to recruit an experienced and passionate Head
Chef for Conference & Events to run our main kitchen and take our wedding and
events food to the next level.
This is a key role and is based
in our purpose built and well-equipped main kitchen.
The ideal candidate would be well organised, creative and ambitious and
able to think outside the box.
Head Chef - Conference & Events – What are
we looking for?

Be able to deliver a great standard of food for
weddings and events.
·
The ability to lead a team, communicate effectively
and organise and motivate team members
·
Able to run the kitchens in the executive chef’s absence
·
Lead by example by promoting good practices and a
positive work environment.
·
Someone who is organised, methodical and clean and
tidy and able to hit deadlines.
·
Able to work with the senior chef team on menu
development and new ideas.
·
A good awareness of food safety and health and
safety will be needed
·
A strong
understanding of kitchen finances and food costings will be an advantage.
