This is a key role and is based in our purpose built and well-equipped main kitchen. The ideal candidate would be well organised, creative and ambitious and able to think outside the box. Head Chef - Events – What are we looking for? · Be able to deliver a great standard of food for weddings and events. · The ability to lead a team, communicate effectively and organise and motivate team members · Able to run the kitchens in the executive chef’s absence · Lead by example by promoting good practices and a positive work environment. · Someone who is organised, methodical and clean and tidy and able to hit deadlines. · Able to work with the senior chef team on menu development and new ideas. · A good awareness of food safety and health and safety will be needed · A strong understanding of kitchen finances and food costings will be an advantage.
