What we are looking for from you:
As the Sous Chef, you will inspire and oversee the commis chefs in preparing food for up to 120 guests during peak periods, as well as catering for functions of similar scale. With a sharp focus on quality, consistency, and portion control, you will ensure culinary excellence across all dishes. Building a strong rapport with the front of house team, you will collaborate closely to swiftly fulfill guest preferences. While a qualification in professional cookery is advantageous, relevant industry experience at the Sous Chef level is essential. Flexibility is key, as working hours may vary to meet the dynamic needs of the business.
