Sales Executive - Reading - Truck & Automotive - £50k OTE

We’re seeking a motivated and customer-focused Van Sales Executive to join our client's team at their site in Reading. In this role, you’ll drive business growth by understanding customers' needs and providing solutions from our range of Vans and electric vehicles (EVs). With a strong emphasis on EV promotion, you’ll guide customers on product benefits and charging infrastructure. Role: Van Sales Executive
Location: Reading
Hours: Monday to Friday 45 hour week
Salary: £25,282.40 / OTE will take this to £50k
Key Responsibilities
* Identify customer needs to offer tailored van solutions, focusing on MAXUS vans and EV options.
* Actively promote EV features, benefits, and charging infrastructure.
* Develop business opportunities through prospecting and area research.
* Manage customer database, promote sales campaigns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Handle sales contracts and oversee the order process.
* Maintain showroom standards and promote after-sales services.
Requirements
* Proven experience in sales, ideally in a B2B environment.
* Full, clean UK Driving License.
* Passionate about the EV market and confident with technology.
