Lead generation / appointment team setting up quality appointments
20 % of the role is cross sell, up sell and self-generation
£28,000 - £32,000 basic (Potential 3-month comms guarantee)
Year One OTE £70,000 uncapped (On target £90,000+)
(Official OTE is £100,000 which is more likely from 18months)
Very achievable bonus from Month 3 (circa £2500) Month 4-6 circa £4,000 - £6,000)
No bonus threshold – You can close 255 of pre booked appointments on the day.

The Role:
This is sales!! Targets, performance, closing, consultative, objecting handling and coaching – SaaS Tech! Selling a range of 3 marketing leading business solution products into SME business UK Wide. Sell add-ons, training, support and advisory services alongside the SaaS software.
* 90% of sales product demos set up by the lead gen team.
* 25% of demos / sales close on the day 75% 2-3
* Average deal value between £5,000 - £20,000
* Ace training month 1 (Software, CRM, product and sales focussed training)
What do you need:
* 2 years in a B2b sales role selling a solution to business’ in a fast-paced environment.
* Commutable to - Manchester City Centre offices
* Ideally 3-5 years B2b sales with drive and hunger to earn 80-90-100K!
* Game changing and sometimes life changing money and bonuses.
* You need resilience – it is sales after all. You need passion and excellent communication.
