What are we Looking For We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Enterprise Sales Executive with a strong focus on generating new business opportunities. In this role, you will take full ownership of the sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing, consistently delivering against ambitious revenue targets. You will be responsible for identifying high-value opportunities, crafting tailored solutions, and positioning our offerings as essential to your clients' success. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and a skilled communicator who thrives on building relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers. You have a proven track record of driving new business in Law Enforcement, Government or Corporate customers and excel at managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes. Ownership and accountability are at the core of this role—you’ll own your pipeline, forecast accurately, and work cross-functionally to ensure customer success and long-term growth. Key Responsibilities Unearth new sales opportunities in accordance with Black Rainbow targets and strategy Work with the SVP of Business Development to advance key sales opportunities to a close Support prospects through sales enquiries, technical demonstrations, proof of concepts and project implementations Co-ordinate and manage workshops with senior prospect / customer stakeholders Manage a suite of existing accounts to ensure we retain our trusted advisor position within them and continue to service them exceptionally well Identify and push opportunities for broader Nimbus adoption within existing accounts Work with our Project Management Team to successfully transition customers to business as usual and mange this business-as-usual state Identify opportunities for ongoing product enhancement through your prospect, customer and market engagements – feedback these opportunities clearly and concisely Represent the company and deliver presentations at industry conferences and workshops Assist with the preparation, assembly and submission of bids and proposals Travel to customer locations as and when required Other duties that may be required in support of Black Rainbows’ ongoing growth and success Requirements 5 years of proven new business sales experience within a digital software company, law enforcement customer base, corporate investigations or forensics Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs Self-motivated, passionate and able to thrive in a results-driven environment Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity Ability to manage and prioritise among competing tasks, keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Excellent time management skills.
