Position Overview
We now have a vacancy for a Service Desk Analyst to join our SDI 4 Star Business Led Service Desk. Winners of Best Service Desk 2022. The role is perfect for someone who is customer-driven, technical and passionate about the latest technology.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide technical support to users.
2. Maintain knowledge of Windows 11 and Office 365.
3. Learn about our web-based line-of-business tools.
4. Understand IT hardware and communicate technical terms clearly.
Qualifications
1. Knowledge of Windows 11 and Office 365.
2. Ability to learn about web-based line-of-business tools.
3. Understanding of IT hardware.
4. A qualification in IT Service Management or Service Desk Practice would be an asset.
