Junior Sous Chef
Are you a talented and ambitious Junior Sous Chef ready to take the next step in your career? We are recruiting on behalf of a renowned luxury hotel for a driven individual to join their exceptional kitchen team and push towards their ambitious goals for 2025 and 2026.
Salary and Benefits:
* Salary: £33,000 per annum
* Tronc: Guaranteed £5,000
* Accommodation: On-site live-in accommodation available for only £50 per week
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef in overseeing kitchen operations
* Support in the management and training of junior kitchen staff
* Ensure that kitchen hygiene and food safety procedures are followed at all times
* Maintain a high level of organisation in the kitchen to guarantee efficiency
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a Junior Sous role or as a Chef de Partie in a rosette/Michelin kitchen
* Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire a team
* Passion for creating exceptional dishes using the finest ingredients
* A commitment to upholding high standards of kitchen cleanliness and safety
* Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle a fast-paced environment
