We are hiring a Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager to join a creative school in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a warm and welcoming community where you'll be valued like family. The role is mainly Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend events, and most days finishing by 7:30 PM. Sous Chef requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Chef in schools, Contract Catering or restaurant experience.
2. Possession of an enhanced DBS certificate for safe working or ability to gain a DBS.
3. Ideally qualified to NVQ level 3 in Professional Cookery or equivalent.
