Salary: £28,000-30,000 per annum (+ commission and quarterly bonus)
About Us: Our client specialize in delivering flood risk/property reports to help clients make informed decisions and effectively manage their assets.
Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and confident Business Development Executive on behalf of our client. This role involves building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones, selling flood risk/property reports (ranging from £1300 - £10,000 plus) without dealing with installations or physical products.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
* Identify and engage with potential clients within the property, local authority, lending, insurance, and asset management sectors.
* Sell technical reports, with a focus on flood risk/property assessments.
* Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
* Work closely with internal divisions to ensure seamless delivery of reports.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in building and maintaining client relationships.
* Strong negotiation skills with evidence of successful sales achievements.
* Comfortable with technical sales, even if coming from a non-technical background.
* Familiarity with the environmental data and intelligence sector is a plus.
* Competitive salary ranging from £26,000 to £30,000 based on experience.
* Commission of 0.5% on every sale, with no threshold, allowing you to earn from day one.
* Quarterly bonus based on company performance.
