Key Responsibilities: Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations. Supervise and motivate kitchen staff to deliver high-quality dishes. Ensure consistency in food preparation and presentation. Oversee food stock management, including ordering and inventory control. Maintain compliance with food safety and hygiene standards. Contribute to menu development and implementation of new dishes. What Were Looking For: Proven experience in a professional kitchen, ideally in a similar role. Strong understanding of culinary techniques and trends. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a team setting.
