Endeavour Recruitment require a Service Desk Analyst for their busy client close to Gatwick Airport in the West Sussex area. You would be trouble shooting and resolving hardware, software and networking issues either over the telephone or desk-side.
The successful candidate will be flexible by nature, enthusiastic and self-motivated. You should have excellent problem solving skills, be a good team player, able to cope under pressure and have previous experience of working to strict SLA’s and both team/individual targets.
The salary range for this role is £24,000 to £38,000 very much dependent upon experience. In addition to the competitive salary our client provides an excellent benefits package including bonus schemes, healthcare plus many more.
