* Process Optimization: Identify and implement best practices, innovative sourcing strategies, and operational efficiencies to improve hiring speed, quality, and experience.
* Hiring Manager Capability Building: Train and coach hiring managers on interviewing best practices, competency-based assessments, and Swift’s hiring values to strengthen hiring effectiveness.
* Global & Regional Projects: Contribute to or lead cross-regional and global TA initiatives, driving process enhancements and best practice sharing across the organization.

* 7+ years of experience in full lifecycle recruitment, including experience recruiting for technology and multi-disciplinary roles.
* 5+ years of experience leading a TA team across multiple geographies including EMEA and the Americas.
* Proven ability to build, coach, and develop high-performing teams in a matrixed global organization.
* Experience managing recruitment in both corporate and regional markets, with an understanding of diverse talent landscapes across EMEA and the Americas.
* Strong hands-on experience with ATS systems (Workday preferred) and HR data analytics.
* Expertise in stakeholder management, with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels.
