Salary: £33,000 per annum, equal shares of gratuity PLUS annual bonus scheme

The role:
1. You will be required to assist the head chef in leading, inspiring, motivating & developing the team to make us best in class & to enhance the experience for all our guests.
2. Run the kitchen alongside the head chef's days off & deputize in their absence.
3. Manage, lead, and motivate the kitchen brigade to deliver outstanding food quality & hospitality.
4. Manage daily food safety compliance, record keeping & standards.
5. Be a valued member of the management team.
6. Train and develop your junior colleagues.
