The heart of The Oaksmere is our love of food and as such we are seeking a full-time passionate Head Chef to work hand in hand with our Executive Head Chef. We currently run a modern 100 cover fine dining restaurant, pub cuisine and banqueting for up to 300 guests. Day to day you will assist the Executive Head Chef in the running of the kitchen, managing health and safety, ordering, rotas and developing team members. The role requires a dynamic enthusiastic team member to assist in menu creation using our excellent East Anglian suppliers as well as seasonal produce grown onsite in our Victorian Walled Garden.
