As the Interim HR Generalist, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the HR team and your main duties and responsibilities will be:
1. Implementing and managing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
2. Managing the recruitment and selection process
3. Supporting business needs through human capital solutions, services, and support
4. Maintaining pay plan and benefits program
5. Ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management
6. Developing and monitoring overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures
7. Nurturing a positive working environment
Profile
The successful 'HR Generalist' should be:
1. Immediately available or available at very short notice
2. Have a strong understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
3. Adept in managing HRIS and HR databases
4. Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations
5. Proficient in using MS Office applications
6. Strong ethics and reliability
Job Offer
1. A competitive salary between £35,000 to £40,000 (converted to a day rate)
