You will be assisting the head chef in running the kitchen. The ideal candidate will have experience in the hot section, good knowledge of sauce making, cooking with fresh fish, seafood, and various cuts of meats, pan frying, and oven roasting.
This is a 5 days a week full-time senior position with working hours from 10:00-22:00.
Monthly bonus over the summer months, very good tips, and other gratuities.
