The Role Main Duties and Responsibilities To respond to initial sales enquiries advising customers on Mercedes-Benz light commercial vehicles (vans) using product knowledge to highlight features and benefits of the various models to enable the customer to choose the right vehicle for their needs. To build rapport and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers, following up on all sales enquiries in your market area. To negotiate terms (e.g. trade-ins) and explain the various finance and leasing options available for the customer, offering service packages as appropriate. To close sales by preparing the necessary contract documentation in line with company procedures, meeting, or exceeding agreed sales targets. To collaborate with the Sales Team to ensure timely delivery of vehicles to customers and customer satisfaction To support Sales Events as and when required. To keep updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities About You Ideally, you will have previous van sales experience or have a background in a similar role such as B2B fleet sales or leasing and finance, you will need to be highly motivated, and target-driven with a competitive nature. Excellent persuasive and negotiation skills come naturally to you, along with a positive, can-do attitude. You will be able to develop relationships effortlessly and have a great understanding of the light commercial vehicle market. You will need a full UK driving licence. On Offer £26K - £30K basic salary plus structured sales commission. Your OTE can increase your salary from £26K to £65K (uncapped) depending on meeting, or exceeding, your agreed sales targets.
