We are now recruiting for an outstanding and well-established Hotel Manager to lead The Fish Hotel. We are a family owned,4 AA Red Star property that sits across the hillside within 600 acres of Farncombe estate, just outside of Broadway in the Cotswolds. The hotel offering is varied, with rooms ranging from treehouses and huts to bedrooms and suites across stand alone buildings. Likewise, F&B is diverse with a focus on seafood in our 2-rosette restaurant, alongside a variety of alternative dining options across the hotel that cater for leisure guests and groups. You'll share our thoughtful, guest-centred approach to service and bring a meticulous attention to detail and a genuine warmth to our guests and team alike. You will be able to lead, motivate, inspire and develop over 100 loyal employees. We've got a B-Corp journey in progress and you're a like-minded, driven leader with an eye on the future. You'll report into the MD for hotels so financial acumen is essential. The successful candidate will be responsible for their P&L and will be able to set targets for the team, as well as respond to changes in business levels and the market in general.
