As a Sous Chef you will:
Support the Head Chef in daily operations, ensuring top-tier food quality.
Oversee kitchen efficiency, portion control, and waste management .
Train and mentor, the team, fostering a high-performing kitchen culture .
Collaborate on seasonal, ingredient-driven menus .
Maintain strict health, safety, and allergen standards .
Key Requirements:
2+ years experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in fine dining or brasserie settings.
Strong leadership, creativity, and attention to detail .
Culinary qualifications ( NVQ, diploma, or equivalent ) preferred.
