Job Summary
Be Finite Events, a premier event management company, is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Events Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This role involves driving sales growth by building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring seamless collaboration with internal teams to deliver exceptional events. Key Responsibilities
Sales and Client Acquisition:
Respond promptly to inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings to achieve sales targets.
Conduct tailored venue tours for prospective clients, showcasing event capabilities.
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through networking and outreach.
Negotiate contracts and ensure timely payment processes.
Event Coordination:
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met during event planning and execution.
Provide detailed event briefs to operations teams, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
Coordinate post-event activities, including feedback collection and supplier payments.
Market Development:
Identify new business opportunities by attending industry events, exhibitions, and community functions.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications and Skills
Essential:
Proven experience in event sales or a related role (minimum 1–2 years).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred:
Degree or certification in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field.
