Job Title: Commercial Vehicle Sales Executive Location: Covering Telford / Worcester / Hereford / Gloucester areas Package: £28,000 Base Salary bonus/commission - OTE £80,000-£100,000 (uncapped) and Tax Efficient Company Car Monday Friday only – 8.30am – 5.00pm. The Commercial Vehicle Sales Executive will be selling Van’s in the Telford, Worcester, Hereford and Gloucester regions. This is retail sales of vans of volumes of between 1-24 vans. You will be required to work towards annual sales targets to actively promote new sales within your agreed territory. You will be expected to have the technical ability to demonstrate new vehicles products within the Van range as well as upselling financial and after sales products that our client offer. Role Overview: The chosen candidate will be integral to the dealership's success, driving sales of vans to a diverse clientele. The role demands a proactive approach to business development, fostering long-term relationships with customers and delivering tailored solutions that meet their unique needs. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with customers to understand their business requirements and provide expert advice on the most suitable vehicle options. - Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the latest commercial vehicle models and industry trends. - Negotiate sales and close deals while upholding the highest levels of customer satisfaction. - Collaborate with the service, parts, and finance departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Participate in promotional events and activities to expand the dealership's market presence. Skills & Experience Required: - Proven track record in commercial vehicle sales, i.e. vans but they can consider people with a car sales background who would be interested in moving across to van sales. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a variety of customers. - Strong negotiation and closing abilities. - A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering excellence. - Full UK driving licence.
