As our next Hotel Manager at Sleeperz Cardiff, you will: Demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional hospitality throughout the guest journey, championing our standards of excellence by nurturing a personal connection with our guests, recognising all our guests and treating them as individuals and providing heartfelt attention in the heart of the neighbourhood. Ensure all team members deliver excellence via regular performance management, development, training and targets. Responsible for recruitment, onboarding and development of hotel team members with the support of the Head of Operations. Ensure all company standards are implemented throughout the hotel. This is to include Guest Hospitality, H&S, F&B offering, Security, Hygiene & Cleanliness, Maintenance etc. Ensure all areas of Health & Safety are compliant throughout the hotel including training.
