As a Junior Sous Chef, you’ll be a growing leader who cares passionately about creating a positive place for our guests and our teams. You will be a true expert in food quality and standards, with exceptional food knowledge, who uses this to lead, engage, and inspire the team around you.

1. Are passionate about supporting your team and helping others be the best they can be while maintaining high standards.
2. Are ready to manage the line, planning shifts to ensure we have the right cover, and love working with the team, coaching on the go.
3. Have an understanding of your kitchen’s food, health, and safety standards, as well as the financial performance of a kitchen including gross profit, stock control, and labour costs.
4. Love to celebrate success with your team, recognizing what drives individuals and their needs.
