DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES PERMANENT, FULL YEAR. FULL TIME, 36.25hrs per week (Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm) START DATE: As soon as possible The post-holder will be responsible for providing and embedding Human Resource leadership and development across the College and will be expected to contribute at both a strategic and operational level. In particular: Develop and implement HR strategies which support the delivery of the College’s strategic priorities. To provide a comprehensive advice and support service. To develop, implement and review HR policies and procedures, in line with current and future legislation To ensure an effective recruitment, selection and induction process of staff To ensure that the College is legally compliant in all its HR processes including the safer recruitment of staff To ensure that the College’s safeguarding obligations are met in relation to its employment practices To lead on staff wellbeing and training initiatives to develop the College as an excellent place to work.
