In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and converting new Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) partners, while nurturing existing relationships to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Prospect for and acquire new OEM partners, utilizing a variety of techniques including online research, networking, and direct outreach. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at OEM accounts. Technical Expertise: Understand our product offerings and communicate their value proposition effectively to technical audiences. Sales Enablement: Develop and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations. Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscapes. International Travel: Travel domestically and internationally to attend industry events and meet with clients. Required Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field. 3 years of experience in technical sales or business development. Proven track record of success in identifying and closing sales opportunities. Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand complex technical concepts. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in English, with additional language skills a plus. Valid passport and willingness to travel internationally. Desired Qualifications and Skills: Experience in the scientific equipment or related industry. Knowledge of CRM systems and sales tools.
