Our client based in Segensworth, Fareham has an excellent opportunity for someone to start their career and develop skills in a successful sales team. You will be entered in an apprenticeship scheme to gain qualifications as well as earning a good salary and being part of the company annual bonus scheme.
As part of this role you will learn to…
1. Support the Telesales Manager to lead, plan and implement the domestic sales growth strategy.
2. Take responsibility of a data set of lapsed customers to win back and promote additional services.
3. Grow and develop new customer base.
4. Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction are maintained.
5. Complete the apprenticeship training programme with Learning Skills Partnership.
To be considered you will have…
1. Experience of working in a fast-paced customer service environment.
2. Effective verbal and written communication skills including an ability to effectively deal with telephone and email enquiries.
3. A results-driven approach, focuses on results and critical performance indicators.
4. Identifies opportunities and is pro-active in putting forward ideas and potential solutions.
5. Shows by a range of verbal and non-verbal signals that the information being received is understood.
6. Good IT skills with experience of using MS Outlook, Word and Excel.
7. High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
8. Effective organisational skills.
9. Evidence of ability to work co-operatively with others to meet tight deadlines.
Due to location, own transport would be ideal.
Working hours
8am - 5pm - Monday to Friday.
