We are currently looking for an experienced hotel Sous Chef to support toe Head Chef and lead the kitchen team with the appropriate skill set to deliver exceptional service to the hotels clients and guests.

The Person
The ideal Sous Chef will have:
* An expert knowledge and passion for ingredients, flavours and food design.
* High level of culinary skill.
* Excellent and innovative culinary and presentation skills and demonstrate a passion for food
* Having the ability to plan, lead and execute projects on their own to achieve desired standards
* Ability to influence and operate at all levels
* Used to working with large numbers but not compromise on quality
* Minimum 2 years experience as a Sous chef
* Previous experience in a similar role in a branded high-quality hotel
* Strong organisational skills.
* Ability to work to strict pressured deadlines.
* Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of allergens, food safety and hygiene, health and safety, COSHH, HACCP, RIDDOR, and relevant audits, EHO etc
