Role Requirements:
1. Bilingual proficiency in Dutch (C1/C2/Native) and English (B2/C1).
2. Previous experience in customer support, particularly in technical assistance or IT help desk roles.
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
4. Ability to work independently while being a proactive team player in a remote setting.
5. Adaptability to changes in processes and information.
6. Willingness to undergo a background screening.
7. Proven experience in customer communication via email and phone.
8. Strong familiarity with external systems and software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, internet applications).
