Role: Trainee Sales Executive
Location: Stirling

Your new role
About the role:
Ready to head into the world of work? A Traineeship could be your ideal start to the next phase of your career. You’ll learn about the job, on the job, whilst we support you through further studies, so you’ll gain qualifications as well as work experience and skills.
As a Trainee Sales Executive you will be responsible for:
1. Working across different developments
2. Meet and greet clients on site
3. Qualify client requirements and provide demonstrations of the show home
4. Assist clients throughout the process with their selections/choices
5. Achieve sales targets as set by the Sales Manager
6. Secure sales of properties within budget and process all sales administration
7. General housekeeping of show home and sales office
8. Monitor general presentation of site, completed homes and report any non-compliance
9. Collation and continuous research of competitor sales, re-sale values, market trends and advertising
10. Regular progress/update reports to be submitted to Sales Manager
11. Visitor reporting and sourcing of enquiries
12. Monitor survey feedback
13. Assist with Site Manager on handover of completed property to client, including full explanation of all benefits and features
14. Accommodate clients to view the show home out of hours (when necessary)
15. Monitor entry dates, exchange of contracts, sales incentive plans and packages
16. Update, monitor and run reports from the CRM system, Site Stream (training provided)
17. Attend weekly meeting with construction team weekly to discuss build progress and updates
18. Produce and issue minutes of meeting
19. Continuous monitoring of sales literature for accuracy including the Consumer Code for Home Builders and the Property Misdescriptions Act
20. Any other duties relating to the smooth and efficient running of the on-site sales function
21. Observe Health & Safety regulations at all times
22. Maintain awareness of local employment and market trends which may affect relevant developments
What you'll need:
23. Prepared to work towards HND/HNC
24. Nat 4/5/GCSE equivilent in Maths and English required
25. Complimentary relevant experience
26. Ability to work under pressure
27. Methodical approach
28. Numerate
29. Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
30. Good written and verbal communication skills
31. Computer literate
32. Willingness to learn
About you:
As a Trainee Sales Executive we understand this may be one of your first roles so we’re looking for someone with a genuine interest in the construction industry. Experience within this sector would be great however if you can demonstrate the ability to work on your own initiative and demonstrate a methodical approach with excellent written and verbal communications skills this could be the role for you. We will support you through your Traineeship to develop and progress in your chosen career path.
