Full-time MPS/UPS Permanent Additional Responsibilities The Role: My leading mainstream client based on the outskirts of the City of Oxford is actively seeking a new drama teacher to join their team from September 2025. My client is seeking an ambitious and experienced drama teacher to deliver compelling and engaging drama lessons across Key Stages 3 to 5. Full planning and marking responsibilities are included in this role and there is the scope for the successful drama teacher to take on additional responsibilities. The School: This school boasts some of the best Drama GCSE results in the county, with subject being a popular choice amongst students at GCSE and A-level. As such there are many opportunities for the successful drama teacher to participate in exciting extra-curricular activities. This position offers a salary on the main and upper teacher pay scales, dependent on the successful candidate’s pay scale point (£31,650 - £49,048), with a TLR available for additional responsibilities.
