Hybrid/Onsite: Hybrid About the Role: We are looking for a 1st Line Support Engineer to join our IT support team on a 6-month temporary contract. This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for IT and customer service. You will be the first point of contact for users, providing technical support and troubleshooting IT issues. Key Responsibilities: ? Responding to IT support queries via phone, email, and ticketing systems ? Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues ? Setting up and configuring user accounts, emails, and devices ? Logging and tracking issues, ensuring timely resolution ? Escalating complex problems to 2nd/3rd line support teams ? Providing excellent customer service and clear technical guidance Key Skills & Experience: ?? Previous experience in an IT support/helpdesk role ?? Knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, and basic networking ?? Strong problem-solving and communication skills ?? Ability to work independently and as part of a team ??
