Day to Day Duties
1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and extending offers.
2. Facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires, including orientation and training coordination.
3. Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution.
4. Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture through engagement initiatives
5. HR Compliance
6. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
7. Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
