The estimated salary for this role is £18 - £20.17 per hour, making the weekly earnings approximately £252 - £281.38.
About the Role
We are looking for an accomplished Sous Chef to oversee the food operation, working closely with the Head Chef and key stakeholders to deliver a consistent, compliant, and profitable department. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing kitchen teams, ensuring seamless service delivery, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Assist the Head Chef in planning and implementing menus, managing inventory, and controlling costs
* Lead the kitchen team in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring timely food preparation and presentation
* Maintain accurate records of stock levels, waste management, and health and safety procedures
